For our Russian client, XGF40-40-10 glass bottle carbonated beverage filling machine has been successfully debugged, with an output of 13,000 bottles per hour. The bottle washing clamp is made of soft plastic materials to reduce damage to the bottle mouth. The filling adopts pneumatic lifting structure, and each filling head has a lifting centering cover. This structure makes the glass bottle more stable during filling and reduces the frequency of broken bottles. Filling liquid adopts analog pneumatic diaphragm valve controlled by floating ball, which makes the beverage more stable when it enters the filling machine. The sealing part adopts aluminum threaded capping head, and the sealing wheel part of the capping head can realize no cap and no damage to the bottle mouth. The capping machine adopts waterfall lifting to reduce the friction between the caps and minimize the loss of the caps during the conveying process.
