Working principle

After the air source is connected, the metering cylinder absorbs enough rubber when it is in the lower working condition. After the filling container is in place, step on the reversing valve to make the pneumatic reversing valve to the left, and the metering pump supplies glue to the outside for filling. The piston rod valve of the metering drive cylinder hits the stroke reversing valve, the stroke valve changes direction, the pneumatic reversing valve is in the right position, and the metering pump sucks glue. For continuous filling, set the selection switch to the closed position. The filling speed and the glue suction speed are adjusted by the one-way throttle valve. The metering value is adjusted by adjusting the relative position of the stroke reversing valve and the piston rod of the metering drive cylinder.
