
Carton Wrapping Machine
Bottle conveying mechanism:
In this section, a separate motor is used for rotation, and speed control is achieved through a frequency converter. Mitsubishi servo motors from Japan are used for separate channels. The bottle conveying is made of high molecular polymer, a low-wear, self-lubricating engineering plastic. The optimization design of each detail ensures stable performance. To ensure continuous and stable operation of production, the system detects for missing bottles and bottle overturning in the packaging area before packaging. If there are missing bottles or bottle overturning, the bottle dropping mechanism automatically stops the dropping and notifies the system.
Bottle dropping mechanism:
When the photoelectric sensor detects a bottle and the cardboard is also brought to the bottom of the bottle, the cylinder pushes the bottle dropping mechanism. The front part of the mechanism has a cylinder pressure relief, allowing the bottle to quickly drop onto the cardboard.
Cardboard feeding mechanism:
The cardboard feeding mechanism stores and delivers cardboard sheets to the bottom of the bottle as needed. The upper part of the mechanism has a detection mechanism for the stored cardboard quantity, prompting the operator to add cardboard when the quantity is below a certain level. The lifting cylinder lifts the suction plate for paperboard (vacuum start component generates vacuum) to extract the sheets from storage. The right-feeding cylinder sends the cardboard into the guide groove. The transition wheel, driven by a reducer motor, transfers the cardboard from the guide groove to the bottom of the bottle dropping mechanism.
Box dropping mechanism:
Using servo motors and a gear-rack synchronization device, the left and right suction cups are simultaneously lifted to the bottom of the cardboard, where they adhere to the cardboard. After the bottle is dropped onto the cardboard, the servo motor drives the synchronization device to descend, while the left and right suction cups hold the cardboard. Finally, the bottles are dropped between the front and rear box-clamping chain plates on the main rotating conveyor chain.
Carton forming mechanism:
The carton forming process consists of three steps. First, as the paperboard and bottles are dropped by the cardboard feeding mechanism, a set of forming baffles fold the paperboard into a box shape, completing the initial folding of the paperboard. Second, the front press cylinder lowers the pressing plate through a cam mechanism to press and fold the front edges of the carton. Finally, with the carton fixed and positioned by the rear press box device, the side press cylinders on both sides push the side press plates to complete the carton forming process.
