Oral Liquid Filling Machine

The machine utilizes bottle disc sorting and conveyor belt feeding. It performs 80-head rotary tracking filling on the conveyor belt, which is divided into two pump groups. The filling process is controlled by two independent servo motors that can be adjusted for dosage on the touch screen. After filling, the synchronized belt transports the bottles to 20-head rotary capping machine. The automatic program does the unwinding and plastic molding. It also operates the filling, the batch number, the cut tail, the punching, and cutting. The oral liquid filling machine features variable frequency speed regulation, and the filling process utilizes servo filling. The dosage for different bottle types can be easily adjusted on the touch screen.

The capping process uses a four-blade flexible capping mechanism to complete both thread rolling and sealing. The capping force is adjustable with controlled springs and locking buffers on the capping arm, ensuring proper center positioning. Two blades lock the bottle cap, while the other two blades roll the corresponding threads based on the bottle neck. This results in an aesthetically pleasing cap application.
