Product Introduction
The beverage carbonator is mainly composed of several parts, such as degassing tank, syrup tank, mixing unit, carbonation unit, finished product tank, heat exchanger, and related pipelines. Purified water enters the degassing tank through the pneumatic diaphragm valve and pre-carbonation unit, and then enters the tank through the exhaust ball. Under the joint action of the vacuum pump and CO2, the air in the water is discharged to maintain a vacuum degree of 680-730 mmHg. The float-type level gauge controls the liquid level within a certain range. Finally, the water is pumped to the mixing unit by the mixing pump. The filtered syrup enters the syrup tank through the pneumatic valve, which is controlled by the probe-type level gauge, and then is pumped to the mixing unit by the syrup pump through the electromagnetic flow meter.

The machine is user-friendly, and by following the prescribed procedures and sequentially turning the knobs, normal operation can be achieved.
Thorough Mixing and Accurate Ratio
A specific mixing structure is employed to ensure uniform blending. An electromagnetic flow meter controls the precise ratio of water to syrup, with an accuracy of approximately one thousandth.
Abundant Carbonation and Superior Quality
Vacuum deoxygenation is used with a deoxygenation rate of over 90%. Carbonation is achieved through a combination of deoxygenation, temperature, and pressure, resulting in a high level of carbonation, which can reach more than four times the original volume.
