Product Introduction
The filling valve of the PET bottle carbonated beverage filling machine is isobaric filling. The filling valve is installed at the bottom of the liquid cylinder. During filling, the valve is stationary and the bottle moves vertically. The filling valve is opened by the valve opening device, and carbon dioxide is injected into the bottle through the gas injection rod until the pressure in the bottle is equal to the pressure in the liquid cylinder. When the liquid level reaches the height of the return air pipe, filling begins and stops automatically after filling is completed. After filling, the filling valve is closed by the valve closing mechanism, and the excess gas in the bottleneck is discharged through the exhaust rod.
