Product Introduction
The bottles are transported on a conveyor chain and pass through the host machine, bottle screw, and cam wheel assembly. They then move to the first bottle washing machine, where nylon clamps hold the bottle neck and flip it 180° along a guide rail. Specialized nozzles spray washing water to rinse the bottles' inner walls. After washing and draining, the bottles are flipped again and transferred to the second washing machine. From there, they are sent to the filling machine via a star wheel, where a lifting cam device presses them against the filling valves. The valves open, and the filling process begins. When the liquid reaches the desired level, the valves close, and the air is discharged. The filled bottles are separated from the valves, pass through a transition star wheel, and enter the capping machine. Caps are aligned and placed on the bottles by a cam-driven capping head, completing the capping process.
