Product Introduction
The condiment filling machine feeds clean glass bottles into the machine with bottle bottom support and conveys them to the blow molding machine through the bottle screw. Inside the blow molding machine, the bottles are clamped, turned 180 degrees, and dust is blown off with filtered compressed air, then they are turned back and discharged into the filling machine through the star wheel. When the bottleneck rises and touches the valve, the filling process begins. After filling, the bottleneck drops, detaches from the valve, and then passes through the capping machine for capping, and finally conveyed to the output conveyor by the star wheel.
