Product Introduction
The flow meter type edible oil filling machine adjusts the required filling quantity through the flow meter and PLC terminal control system. After the power system (such as gear pump or centrifugal pump, high pressure tank) extracts and pumps out the material, the flow meter collects pulse code data and transmits these data to the PLC. The PLC determines the filling volume based on these pulse code data. When the filling volume of a filling head is consistent with the set filling volume, the PLC controls the filling head to close and stop filling. When the filling volume of all filling heads is consistent with the set filling value, the filling action is completed.
