Production process:

Shrink wrapper → Merging system → Laser printer → Palletizer → Wrapping machine

 

Description:

Automatic palletizer machine is mainly composed of Yaskawa Robot, claws, pallets feeding system, merging system, conveyors and etc.

The packs come out of the shrink wrapper in the two lines of conveyor, and then they are merged into one conveyor.

The merging system: It includes a baffle plate, a cylinder, guiding plates. First the baffle plate will prevent one side’s packs passing through, the other side’s packs will move forward and get printed. After 3 or 4 packs are accumulated on the blocked side, the baffle plate will move to the other side, and the blocked packs get to move forward, avoiding the traffic jam on the rolling conveyor. This design is simple and the cost is low.

After getting printed, the packs move forward. When it reaches 7 packs, the cylinder will receive the signal from the sensor, and pushes the 7 packs to one side, align them up.

The robot first grabs the separating cardboard by suction disc, puts the separating cardboard on the pallet, and then the robot grabs 7 packs with its specially designed holders and puts them on the pallet. The robot palletizes one pallet at a time, and then stack the next pallet after the previous one is full.

Pallet feeding system: In this design, the pallets on the two rolling conveyors have two different palletizing positions. When the two pallets reach the preset positions, the robot starts palletizing while another pallet is waiting. After one pallet is finished, it will be transported to the wrapping machine, and the robot palletizes another pallet. And the new pallet continues to being fed into the position, waiting for palletizing. It will improve palletizing efficiency and avoiding interference.
