• The wine filling machine is primarily used for filling foam-prone liquids such as white wine, red wine, soy sauce, vinegar, etc., requiring consistent liquid levels in the bottles.
• It adopts the principle of low vacuum negative pressure filling, filling close to the bottle wall, preventing wine splashing and foam formation, ensuring consistent liquid levels after filling.
• Bottles with defects are automatically not filled, preventing liquid spillage and bottle breakage. The machine automatically adjusts for bottle height variations. The bottle-holding device is meticulously designed with high-quality materials, ensuring a long service life through rational design, high-end processing techniques, and precise compression damping ratios.
• The filling valve utilizes advanced principles in the filling industry, featuring a reasonable design, high-quality components, and precise machining to meet the requirements of liquid levels after filling.
• Without removing the filling valve, simply lift it upward and rotate it 15 degrees clockwise to keep the valve in the constant open position. This allows easy reverse flushing of the filling barrel and valve. The valve body adopts a single pin fixing structure, and pulling the pin axis allows the valve core to be easily extracted, making maintenance simple and convenient.
• The liquid level control during the filling process employs imported high-sensitivity level probes, an imported level control device, and an pneumatic angle seat valve for liquid entry. This system ensures liquid level control within a fluctuation range of 30mm inside the filling barrel. It can synchronize with the liquid entry pump and achieve liquid filling even without a high-level tank.
