Bottle grabbing mechanism: This device employs a pneumatic gripper that uses compressed air to clamp and place the bottle into the carton.
Error message: The solenoid valve controls the air for gripping and releasing the bottle, providing features like slow gripping, accelerated packing, precise positioning, limit protection, fault handling, and error indication.
Carton guiding mechanism: Comprising a rising cylinder and a protective photoelectric sensor, this mechanism corrects the carton's position on the carton chain and guides the bottles on the gripper, ensuring smooth placement of bottles into the carton.
Carton feeding mechanism: This mechanism consists of a series of photoelectric sensors and conveying motors, serving the purpose of automatic separation, carton arrangement, and automatic carton discharge.
Safety equipment: The machine is equipped with protective safety doors at the front and rear, safety switches installed above the doors, and various protectors within the electric cabinets.
