Product Introduction
Medium-temperature juice filling machine PET bottles used for hot filling of tea juice drinks need to withstand high temperatures of 85-95℃ during the production process, and have high requirements for heat resistance. Ordinary PET has poor heat resistance, and volume shrinkage and neck softening will occur at 60-70℃, which is an inevitable contradiction with the hot filling process above 85℃. In 1998, the company conducted in-depth research and developed the second-generation tea juice drink PET hot filling technology, namely medium-temperature filling technology. On the basis of the existing "three-in-one" hot filling equipment, a tea juice drink PET medium-temperature filling production line corresponding to the filling process was developed, realizing the industrial production of the process and equipment.

High Quality
The medium temperature juice filling machine relies on reasonable filling system design, perfect packaging sterilization system, air purification system, perfect and detailed SIP and CIP system and strict production quality control management. It has high-precision and high-speed filling valves to achieve filling accuracy. There is a constant torque capping head to ensure high-quality sealing and efficient bottle cap classification and supply system. The bottle shape can be easily changed without adjusting the height of the equipment. The equipment is also equipped with overload protection to ensure safety.

This process involves a certain filling temperature. The bottle selection design requires the bottle weight to be above 32 grams and has corresponding reinforcement ribs to withstand the stress changes in the PET bottle caused by cooling after hot filling. The market price of PET bottles using this technology can be reduced to about US$0.05/bottle. Compared with heat-resistant PET bottles, this technology has significant economic benefits and solves the current problem of tight supply of heat-resistant PET bottles in China.
